Our client is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy and progressive Hawke’s Bay firm.

Ideally they are seeking someone with 6+ years experience but someone more junior may be considered.

You will be dealing with Mergers, Shareholders Agreements, Commercial land work etc.
