It is similar to massage, only instead of massaging your body, you are massaging your energy. It opens and balances your chakras. Each session is about an hour. During the session, I manipulate the "life force" energy surrounding and within you. It is a very peaceful and relaxing experience.

I have been practicing the Usui System of Reiki for about 7 years, now. I was trained by an incredible Reiki Master and can trace my lineage back to Takata, herself. The service is offered in my home, in a very relaxed, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, with gentle, calming music and fragrant incense.
