This Selmer USA AS110 from the mid 1990's was once the "TOP OF THE LINE PROFESSIONAL" Selmer USA offering. It has a sculptured key mechanism that looks and feels like the classic Selmer (Paris) instruments, and a precision bore with proportioned tone holes that delivers accurate intonation, excellent response, and rich tone quality.

The 100 Series (AS110 alto, TS100 tenor), formally known as the Omega 162 professional, were handmade in the USA and offered many outstanding professional features.

This alto is really good & rare. Unfortunately it never got the marketing it trully deserved as Selmer assembly lines moved to Taiwan about the same time in the 1990's. Hence the "USA" engraving disappearing off today's "SELMER" horns.
